Where it started
Before Hartwood, there was Curbside Grind — our espresso truck, and how we started. The cafe grew out of those mornings on the road: same coffee, same care, now with a roof and a little more room to linger.
The baking came with us, too: before the cafe, Traci was Meta's Northwest Executive Pastry Chef, overseeing pastry across the West Coast — and Damon has been the face at the window since the truck's first mornings.
